Overall Executive Coaching Approach
This is an example outline for a 12 Month Executive Coaching Program
Weekly 1 hour Coaching Sessions for the 1st 4 weeks. The objective will be to identify, discuss and agree the Client’s Goals that they seek to achieve through the Coaching process. If 4 weeks is not enough, we will mutually agree to extend.
For the subsequent 3 months, we will meet biweekly to review, update and refine the actions that have been agreed.
Thereafter, we will meet once a month for the remainder of the 12-month period to continue the Coaching journey.
